Oakwood Terrace’s specialized design allows for privacy and personal space while encouraging residents to be active and engaged in activities throughout the day. Apartments are available in a variety of types to meet the personal preferences and budgets of our residents. Private, semi-private, double, and triple occupancy rooms are available.

Each room has a powder room with toilet, vanity and sink, and personal storage space. We can provide basic furnishings, or you can bring your own favorite furniture and decorate as you please.

Each room is quiet retreat from the activities going on in the residence. While residents are encouraged to get regular exercise and be involved with the activities of the day, they can enjoy the quiet of their personal space or other peaceful retreats at their leisure. Just as the floor plans of our rooms vary, so do the views—from shade gardens to rose gardens or from the gazebo to a garden gnome, our windows open to the pleasant, natural world that surrounds us.
