You and the staff's accessibility and telephone calls to both my wife and me were very helpful during her stay. The help provided us on obtaining PACENET and for coordinating the doctors visits and in monitoring my mom's health conditions were valued since we were miles away. The staff's ability to get the doctor to take my mom off her bimonthly shots was commendable.
